Menstrual Awareness

Thank you for agreeing to take this survey. The purpose of the survey is to collect opinions from girls about their understanding and management of menstrual hygiene. All of the answers you provide in this survey will be kept confidential. No identifying information will be provided to any external body. The survey data will be reported in a summary fashion only and will not identify any person. This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
